Need to get them in the game plan

In LSU's offense, they'll block more than anything. I watched Desean Smith in high school and he's got a great set of hands, although he missed the ball the one chance he had with LSU

Blocking the 9th defender that's come up to stop the run

No really dont based on what we've seen

Blocking, as they should be in this offense.

Jeter and Moore are playing some, Gordon and Dickson of course. If you want to see them don't follow the flight of a pass.

Over the last 29 games (2012 season through this season) LSU TEs have COMBINED for 23 catches. I think it's safe to say that LSU's TEs are nothing more that small Tackles at this point

In a two TE tight formation 3rd and 9 on the 50 yard line so we can run the ball.

The coaches must see something in practice that prevents them being used more than they are. Generally, I like an offense to utilize the TE more and there's plenty of complaining on this board about them not being used.
We tried to get them involved in the passing game against Wisconsin, and the TEs didn't deliver (fumble and dropped 1st down pass). They hurt us.
We have better options than the TE to catch balls at this point, including our RBs.

I don't get why yall are so worried about the TE's. We will hit them a few times in big games but other than that they are basically offensive linemen.

So that when the TEs get more touches we can complain about whoever is getting less.

Our starting QB has no touch on short passes, which most passes to the TE are.

If we are going to just use them as tackles then just give some of our reserve OT/OGs #s in the 80s and actually get guys out there who can run block.
I am tired of watching Gordon and Dickson missing blocks.

not getting thrown the ball because they cant hold onto it

They are usually at the end of the line right by the tackle.

Gotta get the ball into the hands of your best players/biggest weapons. Our TEs don't fall into that category. I'm more interested in getting Quinn and Diarse more balls, not Gordon, Jeter and Stokes.
