2 plays cost us this game. The pick six and the sack to take us out of FG range in the 4th.

I do have a couple question. Who blew the coverage on the pass that got them in FG range?

Looked to me that the 4th down pass was juggled and he was out of bounds. Did replay show the sideline and was he or wasn't he out of bounds after the bobble. Did not set enough run over time on DVR.

Shouldn't have even passed in this situation. You rush for 174 yards, they can't stop your rush at all and our idiot coach decides to pass. Really?

He bobbled it slightly on his way out, but the refs ruled that "The plays stands as called"

Which means they didn't have enough evidence. Otherwise they would have said the play was "confirmed"

The pic was on the o-line, Drew was hit as he released the ball.

It was Keenan Lewis and Corey White that blew the last one that gave them a chip shot. PRob for the FG range.

It was close, but the ball was out before the contact caused anything.

I thought the same as you until I saw the replay.

I'd say our OL and cornerbacks could've helped us out. Wasn't Brees' best game, but this loss doesn't fall on any one player.

Being at the game you didnt have the view that we did at home. It is obvious because your analysis is off.

OLs fault on both plays. Watch the replay.

Nope it's on SP for the time out on our last third down. If he didn't wet his pants we win

Wrong. This one is on our DBs who couldn't cover anybody.

I also agree we should have run on that third down. Make them use a TO and kick the FG. It was so obvious they would blitz.

Local radio is quoting Dansby as saying he heard the line call was to "protect outside right" and he knew he could shoot the gap and would be untouched.

He's correct, it doesn't fall on 1 player. It falls on the coach. The 3rd down pass after all the other shite that they fricked up today was the most ignorant. Because it came after a TO (when they were going to run) and Payton still is an arrogant dumb arse to think running wasn't the right play. Even if no first, the clock runs and we're still in FG range.

Nope. The replay I viewed made it clear, Drew was hit as he released the ball.
