Of their last 8 regular season road games, the saints have lost 2 by blowout, and the other 5 by a combined 18 points or by an average margin of 3.6 points.
That is the scary thing. They could've easily been 6-2 in those 8 games, but if you remember they all included team fails especially at the coaching level. The talent is there, but they are not performing.

Good teams find a way to win.

Swing and a miss. There were no ifs in the OP. (Not in the way you were trying to mock anyway)

Exactly my point. Good teams find ways to win these close games, yet the Saints don't. They love themselves some home blowouts to claim how great they are though.

The defense simply can't close out games
Browns
Falcons
Panthers
Patriots
All won on the final drive for those offenses.

This is not a good team. Do you agree?

Really seems like coaching decisions late in these games are also largely to blame.

Luck plays a bigger part in that than finding a way to win.
Saints haven't had a break in both games. Could have won both games playing no better and that wouldn't make them a good team finding a way to win
Ex: missed fg, time not being put on clock with 7 sec left. A penalty that could go either way, or a mistake made by other team
