Payton is a fricking joke. His worthless play calls and drive killing timeouts are the reason for this loss. Every year they get beat by these trash teams and it ends up costing playoff position. This loss likely cost us the season because this team is showing no signs of improvement.

His Raiders' defenses gave up fourth quarter leads consistently he might make a defense better, but he won't make them great.
