I like Dunlop picks over any other. Fender makes a good pick too.

I just use thin or extra thin for guitar and heavy or extra heavy for bass. Not particular as long as they fit my fingers.

thin with light strings
med with med strings

I don't know if it makes that much of a different for a novice picker like myself

I use Clayton Triangular Bass Picks and go back and forth between .80mm and .50mm playing acoustic. I use the thin .50mm on my electrics.

I'm a tortex man as well. I like the green ones though. .88 I think.

Gator Grips. The pinkish ones. Sort of medium, I guess. I do a lot of hybrid picking and I've found these are easier to hold on to.

Definitely has the most diversity. If I'm doing a lot of strumming on the acoustic, I love the sound and grip I get from the textured wedgie. The gators sound soft enough for acoustic strumming, but also provide good stiffness for a bright picking tone.

Yea, pretty much all I use, though I do keep a few odd balls around just in case. Looking at the pic you posted, I guess I use the lightest gauge they make, which strikes me as odd, because it's light enough for strumming but heavy enough that I can still get a good bite when I need to.
