Without seeing the rest of the rosters, Team A thinks it needs to upgrade RB depth while Team B wants to upgade TE and add RB upside. It doesn't matter that someone doesn't think it's "even". The only question is whether both teams can articulate why they are making the trade. They can, so it should not be vetoed.
