Is it just me or did all 3 teams that we've played so far have a pretty good pass rush against us? Someone's always in AJ or BH's face almost everytime they drop back to pass. Does this concern anyone but me? Being we have 4 starters back from last year, you'd think they'd be improved or maybe it's just poor pocket awarness from our young QB's.. Something just looks a little off to me. I think we have the potential to do great things this year, but this is my biggest concern. I would say that run blocking is a concern as well if the opposing team doesn't stack the box every down.

No, you're just only allowed to criticize the team when they lose. The oline was supposed to be the strength of the offense and it hasn't impressed me at all. Having that little push against ULM's dline was pretty disturbing.

Same here. Hope we show better against the big boys but this has not been dominate by any stretch. Have not seen a consistent push to the second level or the ability to pass protect. Seems other teams linebackers are able to close what little holes are made fairly consistent. Hope intensity is higher against sec competition but they have not excelled even against Wisconsin with there depleted front seven.

The main problem is picking up on stunting that a defensed does. It was there against Wisconsin and ULM was doing it as well. The defensive coordinators would stunt men late into the line and we miss them many times. For a defense that is the idea and we do so for our team as well. I had to admire ULM's d for continuing to get after it even though their offense could do absolutely nothing the whole game.

Yes our online has been VERY disappointing so far. This seems to be tradition at LSU.

I honestly thought this was going to be the year we had the best Oline in the country. It's very disappointing especially with Grimes at the helm now. Plus Les is an ex-OL guy. Why can't we seem to get it done?

One thing I say every year. If our Oline is great, we will dominate. Well, so far it's not looking that great...

55 had a really challenging game. Not one he's gonna want to watch the tape on.

Pointing out concerns isn't whining.

The guards were wiffing on blocks quite often... Fahaka got pulled after one terrible series. Neighbors has struggled with blocking as well.

He had a full hand cast on last week, and this week, we throw it to him. He turned his ankle on a misplaced pass and came out immediately. Inexplicable but they get paid to call the plane, not me...

Our BIG UGLIES and I do mean BIG, are fat, slow, weak and unable to protect and move the opposition out as they should. Something is definitely wrong with this group or maybe with its coaching.

Maybe our linemen need to stretch more. They look tight. Who knows. But I know why there could be a concern. These OOC games except maybe Wisconsin, are for tuning up for tha SEC.? If there is no apparent improvement in those games then it should be concern there. Now what is possible is a complete switch where the D goes the way of the OL and the OL turns out to be better.

It was his first game. He will improve the most after this game. He will be much better going forward, which will help the entire line going forward.

Guards seem unathletic and too heavy (340-360lbs?) Collins, porter and Hawkins are good.

I thought this was supposed to be the best OF. line Lsu has ever had since Les has been here? I hope they step up when we hit the SEC. schedule or it is going to be a long season
