You should. It's at least in the top 3-5 of new series episodes. I was worried my expectations were too high, but it exceeded them.

What have you seen? It was watching "blink" that hooked me and made me start back from the beginning.

I thought you were talking about "Listen." I do like girl in the fireplace a lot but wouldn't put it in the top 5.

Time Heist tonight. Supposed to have the second best monster of the season (the Mummy in a later episode is supposedly so good that they had to move the time slot back over here because it's too scary).

I'm loving this season. I hope they can keep up the quality.

I really dig how they're playing the new Doctor. He reminds me a bit of 1 (prickly old guy), 3 (a pompous dandy),5 (faliable) and 6 (almost mean to his companion).

Just saw "Time Heist"

SPOILERS:

I really have no idea how to take that one.

Kind of a "Da frick?" last quarter.

A 456 habitat...

3rd best Clara's looked (behind Asylum and Sherwood)

Enjoyed the Doctor's conversation about his outfits with the Teller

Ending taken directly from Hide

Better than Sherwood, worse than the rest. Still good.

I really enjoy Capaldi's take on the character

/SPOILERS

Next week's looks fun.

Not remotely. What a disappointing episode. Sherwood was far better. Well most every season has at least one dud, so hopefully this is the only one. I enjoyed a few moments here and there but overall it was dull.

Holy shite our tastes are so much different.

This was easily my favorite episode of the season. Capaldi is finally bearable and his take on the Doctor is getting better each week.

I love the episodes where we get fun one-off characters. The two extra companions were very cool and I wouldn't mind seeing either of them again.

Sherwood was good from a character standpoint, but overall the story was "meh" to me.

Pretty much a guarantee that Psi (the computer one) will be back (according to the papers over here).

Sweet. It makes sense. The exchange between him and the Doctor at the end definitely set that up.

Also, I thought it was funny that the Doctor still wants to be the only man in Clara's life, as shown by his, "Beat that date" line.

reminds me a little of Moffats style, nicely done.

and still threading the 'robots of paradise' along with the unknown woman.

I still think Cumberbatch would have been another great Doctor, esp if Moffat did some of his writing.

SPOILERS:

Hilarious first 20 or so minutes, then plunged.

Still enjoyed it.

I don't really get the anti-soldier sentiment this season from the Doctor. Did they forget about the Brigadier (who the Doctor was mourning at the end of season 6)? I get his whole Time War thing, but this was a bit much.

No Chesterton cameo

The Doctor was an a-hole this episode. I enjoyed it.

Bad guy was a bit of an afterthought.

Same with the Doctor's first plan. If he was always planning to encircle the thing with the mines, why did he put them all over the place?

Last five minutes or so were bad.

WTF with the Matrix-shot Danny jumping over the robot?

The "Nethersphere" seems interesting.

I'm not looking forward to next week's ep. Kind of want to skip it and jump to the Mummy.

By far the best Roberts ep.

Somewhere between Deep Breath and Time Heist for me. Can't decide if I like it more than Into the Dalek.

I think I'm going to put a "Go Away Humans" sign outside my office

Agreed, but I'm loving Capaldi's take. You can tell that he loves the show and the character.

after his Torchwood character I wasn't convinced he would pull it off, but he's doing nicely.

Really? That character was the best part of that season. Wonderful acting job.

On a related note, that season post- (Spoiler) Ianto's death (/Spoiler) was horrendous.
