Best RB in the country IMO. The amount of talent we''ll have at the running back position in the next few years is ridiculous.

He got some exposure this past spring playing 7 on 7 for Core6 at some tournaments, so it's not like he did nothing.
He also had some punish work to do for Dale Weiner this summer.

We are putting together a ridiculous group of rbs. Guice is going to be special.

I'll say this every week...best running back in the country and it isn't really close.

ESPN Recruiting Nation did a segment this week on top 10 rb's and not a mention....

We all know how he could shoot to the top of their hack-tastik list if he wanted, and it wouldn't even require that he break a sweat.

I said in a bold prediction thread once that Guice will be a better back at LSU than Fournette when it's all said and done. No way to tell that now, but it wouldn't shock me

Guice will be the most important recruit of this cycle. He will be LSU's only speed back next year.

Last play of the half was a hook and lateral to him and it looked like a video game. Just dirty!

Add in that he's he perfect type of back for what this offense needs. Fournette, Williams, and Guice are all guys who can "do it all." Power, speed, and vision, these guys are the real deal. CHS alumni will be very proud

Not that we don't already have a lot to cheer for in the RB department

Has anyone seen both LF and Guice live. How do they compare?

Hook and Ladder is correct, they both are.

Seen both.

Haven't see anyone like LF before in high school. That big, that strong, that fast, that young. It was scary what he was as a freshman in high school. Was SEC ready as a freshman in high school, physically.

That said, Guice is still 1 of the best RBs I've seen in high school. He's a diff type of RB than LF. He's like a pinball out there and runs with a "nobody will bring me down" attitude. He reminds me of Cadillac Williams. Great size, breaks through tackles and gets into seams that you can't even see... Then all of a sudden he's gone and in the endzone. Also has a plethora of moves and has a great cut back and spin move.

Glad to have him and he doesn't seem to be a self promoter which is admirable considering his skills.

Exactly. Hook-and-ladder is used more often, but "hook-and-lateral" has caught on for some reason in the LA high school ranks.
