Duck Stamps being printed on Louisiana License? (Updated)

Went to Wal Mart today and renewed my licenses. Asked for duck stamp and lady said it gets listed on the Louisiana license scroll paper like everything else and there is no stamp. I see it listed there as it says "federal duck stamp" showing that I paid it. But is this true that there is no longer a stamp? I searched online and it says Louisiana is an E stamp participation state. So you can go online and get one that works instantly and they mail you one. Is that what is going on here? Will I get one in the mail?

ETA: ohhhhh maybe I misunderstood what you said, it should be mailed to you if its listed on your license. They supposedly went that route this season

Yea I got mine at academy today except I didn't ACTUALLY get a stamp? What am I to do?

Go to the post office. They have stamps
Went pick up a package yesterday and the lady asked if I needed one, I told her how I got it printed on my license. She pulled it out and said it would've only been $15 and I got screwed

Bought mine at Walmart last Friday and the stamp showed up in the mail today... Did not have to do anything special. But my mailing address is my DL address...

the stamp will be mailed to you. Stores don't get the actual stamps anymore.
The printed thing on your recipt is good for 45 days, your actual stamp will be sent in the mail by then.
But yeah. Just go to the post office

I purchased my license online.
Got it in the mail the other day. It either didnt come with a stamp or my dumbass didnt see it in the envelope
It states on the license that I paid for the stamp and "valid for 45 days...".
I guess if I dont have one by the opener of regular season Ill buy another.

I pulled the shipping slip out and it said my license was enclosed. Had to take another look and it was hiding in there. I thought the envelope was empty.

Just go to the postoffice, they have them there. Sporting good stores are mailing them out.

Got my physical duck stamp in the mail yesterday. Bought license at Academy about two weeks ago.
