lot 401 and contra flow question

Will I be able to head south on Nicholson from lot 401 after the game? Or does contra flow only let you go north? It is unclear on the map

South is the direction of contraflow

Yes south is the only direction allowed from 401....I have a friend that lives in WBR with a pass in 401 and can't go north or to river road to get to the bridge
