I have not, but based on the pictures, those dudes are PISSED at the spoonies.

And the pintails. They definitely shoot some pretty damn nice mixed bags.

Looks like they have land all over SE LA. Venice, Pt. a la Hache, Lafitte, etc.

more than likely they had paying customers in blinds with no good ducks to shoot at...thus, smiling mallards in the bag

I have never had a duck hunting trip and fishing before or afterwards. I would love to catch some reds and kill some ducks in the same trip but that seems like some expensive rates for each.

My uncle's duck lease at Gum Cove was the closest I've ever been to Heaven. Shoot ducks in the morning, catch bass and crabs in the afternoon, and listen to LSU football on the radio at night. If only I had been old enough at the time to drink.
