Inquiring minds want to know.

Also, if so, what all do they handle? Vehicle registration from out of state?

Yes they are open. Pretty sure they handle registration. I think you can go to one of the vehicle notary places and get in done for a fee...which is worth it. There is on just west of Siegen on Perkins by the Calandro's shopping center where the DMV is.

No, they don't handle that.

I was afraid you'd say that.

I got to this DMV office at 7:43AM. Office opens at 8:00AM and there is a huge line. See y'all after a few hours of hell.

I was wrong. Went for a few things recently, and that was one that they did handle. It was the other thing that they didn't.

Yes but they have a female manager there who runs that bitch like the Chick-Fil-A regarding customer service. I renewed a registration there recently and was like "is this real life? is that chick really giving a frick about all us slapdicks in line?"

Try the one in Baker next time FYI. There'll be a line at 743 but maybe 2-5 people.

I just went thru the ringer over there trying to get a boat trailer registered in Mississippi in my name here. I went with all the proper documentation as per the website and still had to go back 3 times because shite wasnt dated the same day or I did not have a copy of the other guys drivers license.

Save yourself the time and headache and go to a title place. They charged me $40 but I was in and out in 15 minutes and she filled out all the paperwork for me. I was not going back in that fricking DMV again.

ON a that note and slight derail, I always try and tell people do NOT try and save a few $$ and do title transfers/sales themselves. You come out maybe $50 ahead but so worth the peace of mind and time saved to have them(auto title/notary shop) do all that shite for you.
Registration, plate, title transfer.

I was there a few weeks ago. It looked like there was some Express Line you could pay extra for and bypass the common folk in the normal line.

yea 15 dollars you can jump people but I think that option is only for a few things. It was packed when i had to go get a new registration but it only took about 30 minutes so it wasn't bad.

That's bc everyone like those in this thread keep advertising that they are open. No, tell everyone that it's closed if you want it to actually be "express".

It's like telling everyone where your good fishing spots are. Silly.

I think this option is only for drivers license. At least thats what i figured out when people started bitching because people were jumping the line to renew their license.
