Something strange happened to me last night...

I had a dream that I was hit across the back....I don't remember the details really (I did take a melatonin fyi). I'm not sure if I was hit with something in my dream or slapped in my dream.
I woke up this morning, my back felt a little sore. It was almost like the feeling of a small sunburn across the middle of my back.
When I looked in the mirror, that portion of my back was red....
I stayed alone last night and I don't have any roommates. I'm not one to believe in ghosts or anything, but what in the.....
