What about Rashard Lawrence of Neville, 2016 beast dt. Word around here from kids and some others is that he's an LSU commit. Any truth, just assumptions by high school kids, am I jumping the gun, what?

From all accounts LSU has a great shot with Ed Alexander, Lawrence, Oliver, and Logan.

All four would be absolute takes yes.
Alexander, Lawrence, and Oliver are all composite top 50 players. Logan is knocking on the door of top 100 but he's a solid player as well.

We could land a ridiculous DT class in 2016 and we ABSOLUTELY need it. The state is barren in 2015 and we've struck out OOS. Get some playmakers back at DT.

After watching our DT play, these guys have to be liking their chops lol. J/K
But on the real, Beckner is our only real shot at a top DT/DE this year. I'd be confident in saying we are not getting him. At best, we'll get some low ranked guys who need 2 years to develop. If Miles so wants, he can make it tempting by not heavily pursuing any average DTs this year in order to entice the big class of 2016.
By 2016 we should still have
Redshirt Junior Bain
Redshirt Junior Gilmore
Redshirt Junior Herron
Junior Godchaux
Junior LMFAO (I think he plays this year)
Redshirt Sophomore Valentine
I have LaCouture going because he would be a junior, but he could stay for his senior year. Honestly, we could skip a year.
