Filling out a application for job and not sure if an OWI is still on there, wasnt convicted, plead no contest article 894. The question they are asking is if you have ever had your license revoked or suspended.

Had someone have to go get his record expunged for a DUI 15 years prior in order to get hired.

Well just went and did it and all it had was two speeding tickets. I am going to call first thing in the morning but I am assuming it is not on my record.

Seriously, there are some reasonable ones out there. I've worked my entire career in male dominated industries and gained enough experience to learn when to bend and when to stand ground. It's mostly newbies and hall monitors who get us the bad rep. Luckily, the 40 & under crowd have much fewer of those than the previous HR generation.
