League is a 12 team PPR.

My team includes
QB Jay Cutler
QB Tony Romo
RB Marshawn Lynch
RB Ben Tate
RB Fred Jackson
RB Latavius Murray
RB Khiry Robinson
WR Brandon Marshall
WR Marques Colston
WR Michael Floyd
WR DeAndre Hopkins

thoughts?

My first thought is shite yea do that in PPR

But your RBs are really really terrible....

Still, seems like a pretty good deal

Yeah that's obviously my worry. My RBS will go to shite especially with Ben Tate out, Brees is a huge upgrade at the QB position.

Exactly.

However, even with shite RBs, I think I would do it and try to package something for another RB.

The difference in points between Brees and Cutler is not even comparable to that of Lynch and whoever you start.

I don't think that team gets you very far whether you pull the trade or not. IMHO.

Why would you want to do that?

Romo will be fine.

In a PPR last year, Lynch averaged 17.21 while Bush averaged 17.09.

Not really. Romo and Cutler should be more than adequate.

Yes.

ETA: 6 points or 4 points per passing TD?

PPR makes it work IMO. Bush is almost guaranteed a few points on Lynch every game due to receptions, as someone else has already noted they aren't that far off with PPR. Brees on the other hand can single handidly win you games when he goes off. Plus the added benefit that he's a Saint (if you're a Saints fan of course).

I'm leaning toward rejecting the trade. Cutler was my guy coming into the draft, and though I took him higher than I should've I still he think he'll have a good (fantasy) season.

You're saying that Lynch is >>> Brees and Reggie in PPR?

I'd take Brees and Reggie any day.

I'm saying that I have more faith in Cutler, Marshawn, and Fred Jackson to consistently get more points than Brees, Reggie, and Fred Jackson.
