just look at other peoples teams. see who has rbs and needs a wr. A players value is different for every team. You should be able to get a rb in the 2nd/3rd tier though if ppr.

vereen is my rb1 in ppr, as long as he is healthy he will be a stud

In a PPR, yes he's a low end RB1 in a 12 team league. I thought so before the season but seeing him getting 3 straight GL carries last week solidified it.
