Week 2 QB Help: Romo or Palmer?

I think most sites project Romo to have more points but I'm just not sure. Romo had a terrible week one but has a history of bouncing back the first game after a bad one. Carson Palmer is facing the Giants who look horrible on both ends of the ball. So who would you start?

I'm benching Romo in the league I have him as starter and going with Jake Locker. That's my confidence in romo right now.
