Yeah, I'm already outlining a script for a buddy comedy where Lester Speight (Terry Tate from the Reebok commercials) and Crews play siblings, both former NFL players who have their own detective agency.

Here's my problem - Crews (kind of belatedly) is becoming a legitimate film star. Speight is relatively obscure - would this work better as a television series or should I just go for it and work it up as a feature?
I want to combine a little Marx Brothers zany, with a dose of Shaft, hip and cool.

I would go for the feature. You could always expand a feature in to a series. Taking a TV show to the big screen rarely works.

Whoa guys, I wasn't saying Terry Crewes was a bad choice. It just seemed odd due to him not having close relations with Sly like the rest of the cast.
