Help my QB position please

My Roster:
RGIII
P. Rivers
J. Locker (ADDED)
J. Charles
M. Ball
D. Murray
R. Mathews
A. Johnson
P. Garcon
M. Crabtree
D. Bowe
E. Decker
J. Gordon
V. Davis
Cincy (DROPPED)
San Fran
Vinatieri
I dropped a TE2 to pick up Gordon. Getting a little nervous about my QB position. Best available look like Tannehill and Locker.
Thinking of picking up Locker (he looks decent when healthy). Might wait another wee and see what happens with J Gordon.
Thinking I need to drop Decker and get another QB, but I need a TE2 also. Might need to drop a defense.
What says the FB?
ETA: to reflect teh Cincy/Locker drop/add. I'm gonna wait another week or so and likely drop a WR (Bowe or Gordon) to pick up a TE2.

I'd worry about Rivers this week, at least (vs. SEA).
I have Rivers and have Fitzpatrick on the bench - I'm probably playing Fitz this week.
