Trade would be

Matt stafford for Nick Folse and Giovanni Bernard

The second offer is

Peyton Manning and Giovanni Bernard for Matt Stafford and LeSean McCoy

I would take Foles and Gio. Seems like a really good deal for you.

give me these two.

Stafford will put up huge numbers this year. Not as good as Peyton's but he plays in a division with no defense. Plus McCoy>>>>Bernard

Depends on the rest of your team.

I have Lesean McCoy and Matt Stafford.

He offered me two separate deals

The first deal.
He wants to trade Nick Folse and Giovanni Bernard for Matt Stafford.
The Second Deal he offered
He wants to trade Peyton Manning and Giovanni Bernard for Matt Stafford and LeSean McCoy.

I rejected the Manning deal.

Im seriously considering Folse and Bernard for Stafford because... this is my roster.

QB: Stafford
RB: LeSean McCoy
RB: Terrance West
WR: Dez Bryant
WR: Malcolm Floyd
TE: Vernon Davis
Flex: Justin Forsett
K: Shayne Graham
Def: Bengals

Bench
QB: Tannehill
RB: Shonn Green
RB: Quiz Rodgers
WR: Roddy White
WR: Michael Crabtree

I have a glaring need at RB. I'm just scared to part ways with Stafford, because he's gonna use him as trade bait to pick up Marshawn Lynch or another top back for stafford.

I don't know what to do.

Pull the trigger on deal number one and quit overthinking it.

I would definitely take Foles and Gio in that trade. I love Stafford this year, but adding a starting RB to your roster should be invaluable. Go for it.

But please learn his name before you trade for him.

If he is going to trade Stafford away for another top back and that worries you, why don't you just do it instead? I'm sure you can find another QB somewhere.

First offer yes.

Second offer no.

ETA: I just realized that you listed the trades in a confusing way. It's hard to tell what you are getting or receiving. You switched protocol between the two offers.

IF PPR, I like Gio almost as much as Lynch.

Gio and Foles helps your team. The other guy may screw himself, as he doesn't need Stafford and may not be able to flip him for a top RB. I wouldn't give up a 1st or 2nd round RB for Stafford. If I wanted to do that, I would have just drafted Stafford.

ok. There isn't a massive drop off from stafford to foles. Foles is a very solid starting qb. There is a pretty large gap imo between west and bernard. That's a pretty good upgrade for your team.

It's possible that he would try to trade manning for one of those top rb's, and replace manning with stafford in his lineup. If he's trying to get a top rb with stafford then I think he's overestimating stafford's value.
