Build my home audio system for me

I have the following:
LG smart tv
LG Soundbar with wireless sub
4 speakers in the ceiling hard wired to an old arse receiver
2 outdoor speakers (again wired into my old arse receiver)
Apple TV
Cable digital cable box (wireless stream to tv via MYHDTV device)
I need a new receiver that I can plug all that stuff into and be able to listen to Apple TV/music inside and out, and also watch Apple TV on the tv. Complicating matters is that the TV is mounted on a brick wall above the fireplace. I'm currently using a MYHDTV box to wireless stream from the cable box (about 15 feet away) on a bookshelf with the receiver.
I'm not OT rich, so I can't drop a ton of money on this. If I need to nut up and pay someone in Baton Rouge to come and fish a ton of cable from the bookshelf to the tv, fine. Who is the best for the money (read won't rape me), and what receiver would you recommend?

This thread would be best suited on the Tech Board.

These are already powered and do not need a receiver. Usually soundbars ARE the system. There are passive soundbars but I'm going to go out on a limb and say yours is not.

Is this all you are really asking for? A receiver or all of it?

onkyo nr626 $299
This is all you need to know. You won't find another $300 receiver with WiFi, Bluetooth and a phonograph input. Jump on it now while it's on sale.

he'll need an digital (optical) to analog converter to be able to play AppleTV to Zone 2 (outside speakers)

Zone 2 with all AV receivers is always an analog signal. That adapter is under $10 at monoprice.

Yamaha and Denon have models that do now, others may have as well, but I haven't seen any cheap ones that do. But I was just making sure he knew he would need a DAC to do what he wanted to do since you stated the Onkyo was all he needed.

Gotcha. Yep after buying the onkyo he'll want to spend some time on monoprice grabbing lots of cables and banana plugs.

Holy shite, I think I might finally be OT rich.

Dude needs speakers huh? Just going to listen to ceiling cans in stereo? That's going to sound like shite. May as well listen in mono if the positioning is going to be that poor. I couldn't listen to that setup.
I'd leave the sound bar for TV, then just make a stereo for music, using the outdoor speakers as the B set. Those ceiling speakers would be worthless to me.

About as far from an audiophile as you can get though.
