I just got back from vacationing in Montreal and Quebec City. I couldn't belive my eyes when I saw an Alabama fan in full gump gear at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. My mind was blown. There could not be any refined Bama fans that appreciate art, could there?

I saw an Alabama fan in Vergennes, Vermont.

Vergennes is like the smallest "city" in America. Or it used to be labeled that.

Probably a Texas Tech fan in Dewey Beach, Delaware a few years back.

Or an Oregon fan in Toronto, but I feel like that is less strange because their bandwagon has filled up fast.

I don't think vacation destinations should count. it's not really strange to see people wearing team shirts on vacation.

yep, I had an LSU patch on my backpack when I was backpacking in Europe and you'd be surprised at the random places people would say Geaux Tigers!

Didn't see the actual fan, but I did see a large Michigan State flag hanging from a balcony in Baghdad, Iraq.

Anywhere near the military you will see a lot of sports teams represented. It's one of the pieces of home you take with you.
