What BR business keeps their A/C the coldest?

My A/C is out and repair man not coming until tomorrow. Where can we just go inside and cool off? Will buy whatever food or beverage they sell.

Better suggestions than my current idea of going to see a movie.

Go hit up a few places and hang out: Target, Whole Foods, Barnes and Noble, Starbucks. Might even see some nice looking ladies.

I have one of those portable floor A/C units in the bedroom, but it can only keep the room at 73 degrees when the rest of the house is 86.
Just need somewhere freezing that I can pop into for a bit.
