So, silence?

Sounds nice.

I know a few married couples who still have a spark. My parents sure as hell aren't one of them (not sure they ever had one).

One of my buddies in college had really cool parents who still acted like they were in the honeymoon stage. They took a nap on his twin bed once. We only referred to that as the time his parents banged in his room. We loved to tease him, but in reality, all of us were jealous of the awesome marriage his parents had.

I thought they were cute; profanity and all.

This couple obviously still loves each other and has fun with each other in their marriage.

Article doesn't say how long they have been married though.

I'm pretty sure I saw my parents hold hands for the first time in my life last weekend

Still waiting on this one.

My dad is like the perfect candidate to cheat. He makes a lot of money, works a lot, has lots of business trips, and he looks really good for his age.

BUT the dude has absolutely no game. At all. My mom won't even tell me their engagement story because it's so embarrassing.

My parents aren't affectionate with each other at all.

I just found out how they met from my aunt recently. My parents never shared that story with us.

Yeah mine have separate bedrooms. Probably because my dad snores too much, but still.

It doesn't bother me that they're not affectionate. It's not like they hate each other or ever at each other necks. They still do everything together.

ETA: Although, I hope whenever I get married I can keep the spark going.

The truth is probably more along the lines of:

Wife was on the rag, husband knew what was good for him.
