What's your favorite board (or similar) game you've ever played?

Board games are kinda becoming a thing of the past with all the electronic stuff.
But the other night my kids each had some friends over and decided to break out the old Taboo game. That was actually a fun evening. So I guess that would be mine among the somewhat more recent games.
For an old school and kind of obscure one, I think I'd go with the old Monday Night Football game. That thing was pretty great.

settlers of catan is awesome. used to play talisman a lot several years ago.
