What's the deepest hole you've dug?

3 feet deep with a shovel.

2 weeks with my SO when I forgot her birthday (no pics).

I had to dig a hole to bury my cat when I was in high school. She got hit by a car. I don't know how deep it was because I was digging through the tears.

reminds me of working for my Dad when I was a kid, other contractors called us two-legged backhoes

35' for a cellphone tower at East Boyd and Burbank.


Didn't dig it myself, but was over the crew that did it.

I worked for a electrical contractor when I was in h.s. We had no auger, it was me. Dug a many 6-8ft hole with post hole diggers.

a bunch of 4 foot holes for the fence poles when we built my fence.

I dig minerals for a living do I've dug a LOT of holes through solid rock. By hand my deepest was about 12 feet deep and 20 feet long following a deposit of quartz crystals. With machinery around 120 feet and about the length of a football field.

Depends on what chick you ask... I had a chick that was under 5 ft that said I created my own tunnel....
