I was behind this guy his first couple of years, but he has turned me off the last couple of years. Everything from uneven discipline, more Thursday games, to trying to add a 17th and 18th game to the schedule after preaching about player safety for years.
I'm done with that dude.

I dont think he even deserves an "if he saw the video" qualifier as potential protection.
If he saw it, he should be fired incompetence. If he didn't see it while TMZ was able to get it, he should be fired for incompetence.

They either saw the video and ignored it or did not investigate the incident sufficiently. Either way, they are incompetent.
