Hypothetical Trade: Browns and Cowboys

Hypothetically, lets assume that Brian Hoyer does well this season and has the Browns winning games, at the same time Romo and the Cowboys have a terrible season (both arent out of the question), if you are the Browns do you consider offering Johnny Manziel to Dallas? If you are the Cowboys would you entertain this trade? I think its an interesting thought.

The only browns cowboys trade would be Kitchen for a WR.

Why, its known that Jerry Jones had to be talked off the phone about drafting Manziel. Jerry Jones would certainly be crazy enough to make that trade.

Even after the Romo played the worst game in a long time yesterday I still say their problems are on the defensive side of the ball. They maybe have 2-3 players that would start on an average nfl team.
