I just went to purchase mine for the Texans, and they currently have an upgrade where you can get the full package for $5 extra.
$40 value for $25. Thought I would share for those interested. Select the cheaper option to only follow your favorite team and it gives you the offer to upgrade at checkout

I thought the new rule was stations could broadcast and stream free and clear? WWL has been doing so thru their online app since last season

I'm not sure. I was having issues with the Houston station so I figured it would be more reliable throughout the season
