Palmer impresses me as a commentator.

I thought Palmer and Musberger did a good job. I liked the combination they brought to the table. Musberger didn't seem near as obnoxious for some reason.

Overall I did find it a little hilarious watching the network yesterday do extensive breakdowns of cupcake wins.

They were fine, i just hate the way brent always speaks in hyperbole. I like jessie palmer in the booth.

They did surprisingly well.
I have always enjoyed Danielson's knowledge of the game but Palmer did well.
Musberger was better than I expected and a step above Verne.

I really like Palmer.

I thought they were great. Much better than the clowns who would have called this game on ESPNU.

Better than I expected. Musberger wasn't nearly as irritating as I usually find him to be. Palmer actually was better than I expected. A highlight to me is that Musberger didn't mention USC a single time, at least that I heard.

I agree. I have been a big Musberger hater, but he is perfect for the SEC network where he can just gush on and on about how great the SEC is and we can all swoon.
I thought Palmer did a great job too.
