SureCycle Systems: Browning Gold 12G

Has anyone ever replaced their stock spring and system with the sure cycle system on a browning gold ~2004 model. I went to shoot it the first time after installing it and it won't cycle properly. I think the spring is too heavy. Has anyone had this issue before?
