Cam is questionable but will play against a so-so Bucs D.
Rivers can air it out but PP7 will be on their best receiver and Cardinals have a good D.

the Cardinals will be short a few players from last year's D.
Karlos Dansby- went to CLE
Daryl Washington- suspended for the whole year
Darnell Dockett- done for the year (injury)
I think not having those players will make a difference. Just my opinion though.
