QB Problems - Bye Week Issue

I'm in a 10 team league and each team must start two QB's. I know. As you can imagine, this creates a real shortage of available QB's and results in people taking QB's in round 1.

In the rush for QB's, I ended up with Luck and Rivers - and I'm otherwise happy with them.

Problem is, they share a bye week in week 10.

So, at some point, I will have to acquire 2 additional QB's - or just forfeit the 2 positions and likely take a loss.

I already have Fitzpatrick on my bench, just in case.

So - should I pick up another QB now or wait till later?

Right now the best four QB's available are Carr, Manuel, Bortles, and Henne.

Should I:

1.) Just roll with it, wait till later (but if other QB's are injured in the meantime, availability will worsen)
2.)Pick up Carr, drop my worst receiver (James Jones)
3.) Other Recco
