Does this device exist?
I appreciate any help.

Apple doesn't make printers. I would imagine most mainstream all-in-ones (HP, Epson, Canon, etc.) would work with a Mac just fine, or at least I'd hope so.

Understood.
I am looking for an all-in-one color laser that is wireless and compatible with Apple.
Not as easy as I thought...

FWIW, You can probably narrow your brands down to brother and canon for the best quality and bang for buck laser printers, all-in-one or otherwise. Maybe Samsung.

I bought this Brother a few months ago:

No one could get it to work with our Cisco wireless network.
It is now sitting a our office, not working on the wireless network there either.

The search word you are looking for is "AirPrint."
Here is a list

May I ask why you specify "laser?" Because if you're not totally tied to it (I'll just go ahead and post what I would've assuming I waited around for you to not have a true anti-ink stance. If you are truly anti-ink, please disregard this post entirely), check out the OfficeJet Pro line, and determine what your needs are. My brother just purchased the x576dw ("dw" on a printer stands for "duplex" and "wireless" by the way. Anytime you see "n," which is another very popular letter to throw on to a printer, it refers to its ability to be "networked"...this applies to basically all printer models, not exclusive to HP) for his office. Rated at 50,000 pages a month. Price per page comes out to approximately half that of his current Xerox workstation (forget the model number, but it is a rather well regarded machine and laser/toner). I don't remember cost/page, but it would be easy to figure out if you don't feel like doing the math yourself. I would make sure to check HP's claim that they all achieve "half the cost of laser" by finding a comparable model (using pages per minute, pages per month, and the extra features as above) laser printer and looking at the toner and ink yields and costs.
Also, it doesn't contain traditional ink printheads. Rather, it uses hundreds of tiny nozzles on the head. Thus, if one (or several) gets clogged, you won't really notice a change in print function.
ETA: Here's a LINK to HP's site featuring this line of printers.

Did you try:
1) DHCP reservation
2) Set the printer's DHCP to the appropriate reserved address
3) Use the touchscreen to enter the correct password/key for the wireless network
?
You can definitely change the printer's IP via the TELNET console if the normal utility is giving you fits. I'm not sure as to whether you can change wireless security settings in that manner or not.

So it would not connect to your Wireless network?

TBH, I'm anti-ink due to cost per page and the inherent longevity of a laser printer. Adding to this fact, lasers are generally more robust and repairable a few years down the road, whereas the majority of ink jets are throwaways.
Although, to be fair, most sub-$500 printers are throwaways.
On the networking deal with the Brother, we're a pretty capable shop, but this printer had a inherent design issue. We even had Brother tech support throw in the towel.

I guarantee the brother printer problem is that it only does wired or wireless... not both at the same time. We fight these all the time. If you plug a network cable in, the wireless shuts off. There is a little button on the back you hit with a pen and it switches back and forth from wired to wireless. I hate Brother printers...FYI.

common problem. You need a post script printer driver.
