So did "The Fappening" finally kill 4chan as we knew it?

It's funny with all the shite that goes down there that a few nude celebrity pics was it's ultimate demise.

I've never been, but I get the sense that 4chan is a repository for some of the worst aspects of the human condition.

this isnt going to affect 4chan one bit lol. theyre just changing the policy because 4chans in the national news again. i remember a few years ago with the jessi slaughter stuff, 4chan was mentioned on the today show or GMA, and had a popup on the first page claiming to be a "family oriented" website with strict rules on conduct.

i guess she originally claimed that they were fakes, but then her lawyers got involved and she claimed that she was underage in a few.
if that's the case, isn't she on the hook for producing and possessing child pornography? and distribution if she texted them to anyone? it's a ridiculous idea to contemplate, but i swear i remember random teenagers in the news getting in hot water over this sort of thing for sexting pictures to each other.
