Also after 4 seasons in the NFL, Rickey had 26.5 sacks, Junior has 21.5.

Can we even wonder if Junior can break Rickey's Saints record?

more passing, more sack opportunities...galette is underrated though, even by saints fans

I think he's a beast

He's one of the best pure pass rushers we've ever had, but Jackson was more versatile

I wonder if he could've done this from a 4-3 end spot...it was frustrating watching his acceleration in preseason and then watch him benched for regular season games

I started to doubt him...I was wrong

When Junior can stuff the run like RJ and play with a broken jaw or some other broken bone then we will see.

Yes we can wonder...we are TD addicts.

Yep, Junior compares favorably to a NFL Hall of Famer.

Rickey Jackson never left the field, not even for injury and he started from day one. While Junior is good, no way in hell this is an appropriate comparison.

As being a one trick pony I think so. If I remember though Pat wasn't to bad in coverage?

personality wise, i think junior has that similar swag and style about him. While he needs to get more physical on the D side and improve a couple areas, he's got that type of style. I can see either comparison although Rickey is one of the best of the best all time.

Holy shite, are you serious? To the OP, how old are you and have you ever seen RJ play or highlights?

i dont think so. pat swilling was mad long and fast.

maybe his weakness was over pursuit and overreliance on speed?

I think Aldon Smith or Martez Wilson are Swillling look alikes.

And Galette IS built in the image of Rickey Jackson.
