Im eating some chicken wings that are so good/addictive they have been dubbed "Crack Chicken".

Somewhere in Beaumont that the locals call JJ's but I don't think that is the actual name... It is so secret it reminds me of fight club.

The Blue Store in Scotlandville is Crack Chicken in BR.

The actual meat is juicier, but I think the breading at Delpit's Chicken Shack is better.

Mine were wings with a dry, lightly fried breading. Juicy on the inside but crunchy on the outside. Seasoned in a way that I would describe as a cajun/chinese infusion. Salted well.
