Think it's on Airline on left going towards Gonzales. Anyone? And is anything worth eating there?

Philay's

Been a couple times. Not too bad. Typical fried food and such.

Think there tag is philay a fish, philay steaks and some other version.

That's long past Prairieville Martini. Thats actually in Duplessis area. It's Philay's and they do have decent fried, grilled seafood. Their soups and gumbo's are not too bad either. I eat there every three months or so.

There's Philay's and there's South of Philly (which is ironically north of Philay's).

Philay's is good for what it is, fried seafood and casual dining. The steak I tried there was good, not great. It's very average. I prefer Sammy's and Sno's.

I love South of Philly and have eaten at all 3 locations (S. Sherwood, Airline, Hwy 30) on occasion. Solid, good value, and tasty as all get out.
