I know its week 1 but tonight's game could turn out to be very important to us later in the year. If things work out like everyone thinks then us and the Seachickens will be vying for the 1 seed. We don't play the Seachickens this year so we will not be able to take them down a notch ourselves. The rest of their schedule is pretty easy, Green Bay is probably the best team they play this year. We will beat the Packers in the Dome on Sunday Night Football in Oct so we really need them to win tonight to help us get the 1 seed.

What are Yalls thoughts?

There are too many different ways that things could go. It's kind of pointless to pull one way or the other. I just want to see a good game for the season kick off.

Good thought, but I think it might be too soon... the Seahawks are better than the Packers but the Packers have an easier division and might wind up being more of a threat.

To early to crunch numbers like this for me.

I just want these two fine teams to spend 60 glorious minutes beating the living crap out of each other while I watch.

I was thinking about this yesterday. I don't think it really matters, but looking at it moving forward, one would believe a Packers win tonight helps us more. Way too early though.

I'm just excited to see such a damn good game to open the season.

And yes I'm not going to worry one way or another, but I'm looking at Seattle only losing 3 games, so this one is kind of important for the #1 seed.

I'm pulling for the Packers not because of playoff implications though, I just hate the Seahawks so much. Just hoping for a good game though

Im rooting for the Packers tonight simply because I despise that entire Franchise. It has nothing to do with us getting the 1.

I just always assume us and Seattle will win all our home games so we should focus on them beating other competitors at home while other teams beat them at their home.

Packers all the way for me. I'd much rather go to Lambeau than CenturyLink in January if things don't fall as everyone hopes.

If we beat the packers this year then it is better mathematically for the packers to win tonite. We will have better mathematical odds because we will hold the first tie breaker over them

If we loose to them, then it would be better for seattle to win tointe

I think that we will beat the pack at home so a pack win is good for us

That and i would rather play at greenbay than at seattle if one of those teams do get HFA

You're talking about two teams we'll be competing against for the 1 seed. Too early to root for anyone at this point.

If it were the seahawks and browns or something, that would be a different story.
