Good morning,

Messing around in the closet and my favorite rod got stuck in something and the last 1-2inches of tip got broken off.

It's a 12 yr old custom rod from my father that is my main 'go-to' . G Loomis blank with purple and gold detailing. I feel sick to my stomach...

Where can I get this repaired? Anybody have ideas? Even if it will never be my main rod again because it'll be weak, I need it back together just because

Thanks in advance

Edit: I live in NOLA, regularly in Baton Rouge, sometimes around Houma. Forgot to include that!

Well you could have it repaired in China. Tell where you are and it may be easier to help.

Call either favrot's or superior bait and tackle for a rec.
These are both in BR

Hijack: my kid broke off an eye on my custom made rod. Anywhere in Cenla for rod repair. Guy who made it is ortho surgeon, so not asking him.

Man... I worked for an ortho trauma group for several years... Those dudes love to work with their hands especially if it isn't dealing with work.... Their hobby is what keeps them sane. I'd ask him...
