Didn't Freeze my Doves...ok til tomorrow?

Shot doves on Monday, kept on ice overnight, cleaned yesterday and put them in marinade. Had to work late tonight and too tired to mess with them. They'll be ok til tomorrow, right?

Theyll be fine they just wont taste like dove anymore after being in the marinade for over 48 hours.

Thats a good point. I will take them out of the marinade now. They've been in Dale's for 24 hours.

Why would you ruin a dove with Dale's? Salt, Pepper, wrap with bacon, grill, profit.

Yeah, that was sarcasm. I can't do Dales for more than 5 minutes on a steak, let alone 24 hours on a dove. It was a little italian dressing with a splash of white wine.
