Start Hilton or Brandin Cooks as a 3rd receiver in PPR

I have a feeling the Saints were holding back on Cooks after his stellar performance in the first game; especially after he got sick. That one catch on the quick out and then running past everyone was pretty spectacular. I'm just hesitant starting a rookie in game 1. Thoughts are appreciated.

Good place to start.

Which would lead you to HERE.

or HERE

Which tells you what you probably already knew and what most people will say. Hilton is the correct choice until we see Cooks prove us wrong in regular season play.

I'm not a big T.Y. Hilton fan. I feel like he's in the same situation as Cooks, just not as talented. Lots of mouths to feed in Indy/New Orleans (which I think is a little over blown. The Saints have NEVER had a WR as talented as Cooks in the Payton/Brees era, aside from Colston who is a different style anyway.) Plus with Stills' lingering hammy causing him problems, Cooks could very well start at WR2 against the Falcons this weekend.

I'd roll with Cooks, but I may be biased because I can't stand T.Y. in fantasy.

What the hell is the deal with Cooks? Do people think he's gonna put up 170 points this year just because of his system? I'd hardly call him a sleeper at this point.

That's the thing that get's me as well. I could see him starting too with Stills out. I think the middle of the field could open up significantly with Graham clearing it out, which could mean plenty of catches when you combine the possibility of screens as well.

We all saw what he can do when he get his hands on the ball and some space. I have a feeling he could have a great game, but then again that "feeling" may just be me being uncomfortable with Hilton.

I would put my money on Cooks outscoring Hilton, at least in week 1 with the possibility of Stills out, especially in a PPR.
