Got andre in there right now against Washington, but neither QB situation is swaying me.

Andre, definitely. Very underrated coming into the year. Fresh off back-to-back 109+ catches and 1400+ yard seasons. Fitz isn't ideal, but neither is Cassel. They're going to force-feed Dre in Houston, especially if Arian is a no-go.

It's ok to be excited and hyped about a guy. Vereen and Patterson are exciting players and I myself have bought into both in multiple leagues. You cannot let that excitement cloudy your decision.
Like mentioned above, you are talking about a 110/1,500 WR in your flex.

considering starting Vereen over Andre seems pretty dump to me, when you throw in it's standard, it's just plain retarded. And i'm big on Vereen.
If you're not going to start Andre Johnson every week b/c he's not good enough, then you should win your league with ease.

Don't apologize. Never said he was going to go for 110/1500. Just illustrating the point that Johnson is HOF WR who hasn't shown any glimpse of slowing down

The whole thread got screwed up anyway considering my Vereen point is invalid since its not PPR
ETA: Vereen could still be solid in a standard flex.
To Lester, I think Andre takes a step back this year. Older, aggravated with the team, new QB etc....
