Oblivion: Shivering Isles DLC

Now this is what a DLC is about. Absolutely brilliant.
New:
Weapons
Creatures
Armor
Metals
Magic
Bethesda lost their ways on Skyrim, when you compare what they added to Oblivion with their DLC. In Oblivion, they brought you another tale of the game. Solstheim was the only decent DLC, and they tried to cram it all into a small island, rather than give you the Island feel that Shivering Isles has.

Better than the main game. For the longest time that was the only campaign I ever completed in Oblivion.

I played over 120 hrs of Oblivion, yet I never played the DLC.
