I saw some tweets from Miles PC stating this. Seems odd.

Per Miles today he was neither injured or suspended

Don't buy it. He has mentioned him specifically playing well in the Spring and the Fall. He goes from that to not seeing the field in a game where depth was at a huge disadvantage?

I think he was neither suspended or injured - but was disciplined. He will be good to go this week and will be a much needed cog in the wheel this year.

We'll never know, and Les will never say. That's how coaches are. Press conferences make the media happy, but really don't reveal anything or answer any questions.

No way this is true.

He was going to start if QT couldn't play.

He had a quote today that basically said that he trusted the other guys to line up in the right spot and be in the right place...hinting that maybe Herron doesn't know the plays well yet. I think if there had been separation in the game, Herron would have gotten in.

So Godchaux(sp?) knows the plays better than a RS Freshman? If so, that would be a concern.

To be honest with you, we would have loved to have gotten Frank in. And some other guys. But, the issue becomes one when you're in a -- when the game's tight, and you want to be able to count on the call, you go with that veteran that kind of understands it a little bit more. We're hopeful that we can get Frank coached up a little bit better and get him on the field, because he is, in my opinion, a very, very talented guy.

Sounds to me like a guy who isn't quite ready mentally just yet.

He was having trouble staying loose, so they had him on a stationary bike throughout the game.

Herron is undersized against that OL.

But he still would've rotated in on some obvious passing downs.

He was disciplined.

I also expected to see Harris get nearly equal time as QB.

if that's true it sounds like creative punishment for stealing a bike

He was either being punished, hurt, or miles lied about how he has looked in camp. Which is fine if he did. But those are the three options.
