You've got to pay a premium to live on the actual Blvd, so this price seems reasonable.

Wouldn't those vines start to destroy your bricks at some point?

Needs to fire his gardener. Weeds are all up on the side of the house. WNB (Would Not Buy).

Funny you should mention that. Houston is leading the modern home revolution.

Damn. I drive by that house all the time. Had no idea it was for sale. Usually, they don't list them on HAR, they just have private deals.

Beautiful house, though, and that much land in the middle of Houston is insane.

No. They are all trellised.

We looking at the same house? That thing is perfectly manicured.

Wouldn't spend $7.7M on any house, but that is certainly worth it.

Hopefully this is the kitchen for the Servants' Quarters.

I like it. It may be a bit overdone, but I like it.

Yeah, I love ivy on the house like that. Love the beam, but that color scheme is just awful.

I'd hate to have to pay Owl to mow my actual house.

The color scheme doesn't seem to be right, I agree. However, I'm more shocked by the kitchen and the sinks in the bathrooms. The kitchen is the most important room in the house. Looking at those rooms alone, I would have never guessed they came out of a house worth over 7 million dollars.

That's what I thought, but there are no other pictures for a kitchen.
