How does your club handle this? Both considered a member?
Does the primary member have to be there for spouse to hunt?
Treated same as any other guest?

Spouse is included with your membership in ours. Buy one membership and you both get to hunt. Shouldn't be a problem anywhere except for maybe Utah and them polygamist folks. That could get crowded......

Usually spouses and dependent children are non paying guest and only hunt when member is present. Deer killed count towards members allotment and unlike other guest they are not restricted on when / number of days they can hunt. Also, each member is only allowed 2 guest max at any one time

She brings beer and red beans, sausage and rice on opening day - and when things are slow, she will come chill at the camp kick fire with me.

Last year she brought gumbo and it was damn good - we had been putting out decoys all day.

Spouses and dependent children (up to the age when they graduate college) are considered non-voting members at our camp. They can hunt whenever they want and shoot what they want within the camp rule restrictions. Each voting member are allowed 6 deer and our family and guest kills count against that.

the club I just joined welcomes spouses. As long as they pay for another membership.

Spouses and dependent children (up to the age 18) are considered non-paying members at our lease. They can hunt and vote whenever they want and shoot whatever they want within the state game laws. Each member is allowed 6 deer per state law.
