I'd say Nah I like Jeffery top 10 this year at WR and if Hill gets the 200 touches people talking about Gio won't be worth his current ADP

I view them as rough equals no matter the scoring, so if you are hurting at RB, sure. Personally, I would try to target someone I liked more.
